Dusty

Front Desk Coordinator

Dusty has been part of the Siouxland Orthodontics team since 2021. As a Front Desk Coordinator, she helps patients and families feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.

Her favorite part of working in orthodontics is building relationships with patients, watching their progress over time, and celebrating the confidence that comes with a new smile. Dusty especially enjoys being part of a supportive team and helping make each patient’s experience positive and enjoyable from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside the office, Dusty enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, Michael, listening to music, and making the most of new experiences.

Jen

Lab Coordinator

Jen brings 29 years of orthodontic experience to the Siouxland Orthodontics team, including 12 years serving as our Lab Coordinator. Her work helps support the precision, efficiency, and quality behind each patient’s treatment.

Jen takes pride in the details of her work and in knowing that what happens behind the scenes plays an important role in each patient’s orthodontic journey. After nearly three decades in the field, she remains passionate about orthodontics and proud to be part of a team creating healthy, confident smiles.

Outside the office, one of Jen’s favorite roles is being “Grammy” to some of the sweetest humans known. She says every day with them brings a new adventure.

Lindsay

Administrative Team & Outreach Coordinator

Lindsay joined Siouxland Orthodontics in 2026 and serves as part of our administrative team and as our Outreach Coordinator. She helps create a welcoming experience for patients and families, coordinates patient communication, and supports the practice through community outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Lindsay also brings 18 years of experience as a certified dental assistant, giving her a strong clinical background and an ability to help patients better understand their orthodontic journey. Her favorite part of orthodontics is seeing the before-and-after transformation of a smile, and the confidence that often grows along with it.

Outside the office, Lindsay enjoys traveling, boating, and cheering on her favorite team: her husband and four children. She also runs a cottage bakery specializing in custom cookie cakes. A fun fact about Lindsay: she is a walking jukebox and rarely misses a lyric, regardless of the artist or genre.

Languages: English. She also studied French for four years, though she jokes that “if you don’t use it, you lose it!”

Anali

Treatment Coordinator & Dental Assistant

Anali has been part of the Siouxland Orthodontics team since June 2014. As a Treatment Coordinator and Dental Assistant, she helps guide patients and families from their very first visit through treatment. She enjoys meeting with new patients, explaining treatment recommendations, helping families understand costs and payment options, and assisting the doctors with everything from initial records to placing braces.

One of Anali’s favorite parts of orthodontics is seeing the confidence that grows as a patient’s smile changes. She especially loves the moment when braces come off and patients see their new smile for the first time.

Outside the office, Anali enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on her son at taekwondo. Her family recently welcomed their second child, adding even more joy to life at home. She has traveled to Italy and Spain and hopes to continue exploring new places with her family.

Anali is bilingual and is proud to help Spanish-speaking patients and families feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their orthodontic experience.

Emily

Patient Liaison & Practice Coordinator

Emily has been part of the Siouxland Orthodontics team since October 2014. As our Patient Liaison and Practice Coordinator, she helps make the patient experience run smoothly from the very beginning, whether she is scheduling appointments, coordinating insurance benefits, answering questions, or helping keep daily operations organized behind the scenes.

Emily especially enjoys helping families feel informed and confident throughout treatment. She believes the small details matter, and she takes pride in helping patients navigate scheduling, insurance, finances, and first-visit questions as easily as possible.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, tackling home DIY projects, shopping, and getting ready for her next power walk.

Missy

Clinical Coordinator

Missy has been part of the Siouxland Orthodontics team since 1998, bringing decades of experience, warmth, and consistency to the care our patients and families receive. As our Clinical Coordinator, she helps keep the clinical side of the practice running smoothly while also working directly with patients throughout their orthodontic treatment.

Missy enjoys the independence and hands-on nature of orthodontic assisting, as well as collaborating closely with the rest of the team. After so many years in the practice, she especially values the relationships she has built with patients, families, and coworkers along the way.

Outside the office, Missy enjoys golfing with her husband, Josh, as well as cooking and decorating. She has two grown sons, Tyson and Carter, and a daughter-in-law, Rachael. She also adores her dog, Charlie, who she admits gets spoiled like a third child.

Languages: English and conversational Spanish. Missy enjoys “dabbling” in Spanish, so Spanish-speaking patients are always welcome to say ¡hola!

Ashley

Dental Assistant & Social Media Content Creator

Ashley has been a valued part of the Siouxland Orthodontics team since 2020. As a dental assistant, she enjoys creating a fun, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and excited about their orthodontic journey. She also helps create social media content that gives patients and families a glimpse of the personality behind our practice.

One of Ashley’s favorite parts of orthodontics is seeing the confidence that grows as a patient’s smile changes. She especially enjoys connecting with Spanish-speaking patients and families, helping them understand treatment and making sure they feel heard and supported throughout the process.

Outside the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her fiancé, discovering new restaurants, and traveling. She also owns a luxury picnic business, @picnic_princess, where she creates personalized picnic experiences.

Camille

Registered Dental Assistant & Lab Technician

Camille has been part of the Siouxland Orthodontics team since 1997, bringing decades of experience and a steady, caring presence to the practice. As a Registered Dental Assistant who also helps in the lab, she enjoys being involved in the hands-on side of orthodontic care and helping patients throughout their treatment.

Her favorite part of working in orthodontics is seeing patients gain both a new smile and a renewed sense of confidence. After so many years in the profession, Camille especially values the relationships she has built with patients, families, and coworkers along the way.

Outside the office, Camille loves being outdoors—camping, fishing, riding motorcycles, and traveling. She also enjoys drawing, growing plants, and going to see live music. Camille is a proud mom to her daughter, Mia, and an equally proud cat mom. Her two cats, Mr. Wilson and Miss Jayda, each have plenty of personality and keep life at home entertaining.

Cindy

Dental Assistant

Cindy has been part of the Siouxland Orthodontics team since 1978, bringing an extraordinary depth of experience to the practice. She assists with placing braces, starting aligner treatment, and managing clinical supplies, helping keep patient care organized and running smoothly.

Over the years, Cindy has had the opportunity to build relationships with generations of patients and families. Her experience, steady presence, and attention to detail make her an important part of both the clinical team and the history of the practice.

Outside the office, Cindy is a certified scuba diver and certified yoga instructor. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 45 years, their two sons, and four granddaughters. She is also a proud dog mom to Pippy, her spirited rescue rat terrier mix.

Destiny

Dental Assistant

Destiny has been part of the orthodontic team for the past year. She loves working in orthodontics, and especially enjoys getting to know patients and being part of their treatment journey from one visit to the next.

Her favorite part of orthodontics is watching patients become more confident as their smiles transform. She enjoys helping people feel comfortable in the chair and is grateful to work in a field where she can see the positive impact of treatment firsthand.

Outside the office, Destiny enjoys spending time with her partner, Brandon, their daughter, Elliana, and their dachshund, Pato. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, and trying new things.

Fabiola

Dental Assistant

Fabiola has been part of the Siouxland Orthodontics team since 2013. As a bilingual dental assistant, she is proud to help both English- and Spanish-speaking patients and families feel comfortable, informed, and fully understood during their visits.

Her favorite part of orthodontics is seeing the confidence that can come with a changing smile. She enjoys getting to know patients throughout treatment and helping make each visit feel positive and welcoming.

Outside the office, Fabiola enjoys spending time with her husband, Angel, their three children, David, Angel, and Ariana, and their dog, Nova. Her children keep the family busy with plenty of activities and time on the go.

Melissa

Dental Assistant

Melissa joined the Siouxland Orthodontics team in 2026. As a dental assistant, she enjoys building relationships with patients and being part of their smile journey from the first steps of treatment through each adjustment along the way.

Her favorite part of the job is helping patients feel comfortable and at ease. She especially enjoys the hands-on side of orthodontics and working alongside a team that makes the office a fun and supportive place to be.

Outside the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with loved ones, shopping, and finding new coffee spots to try. She is also a proud dog mom to two Shih Tzus. Melissa speaks both English and Spanish and enjoys helping patients and families feel welcomed and understood.
