Thirty years of Siouxland smiles, still going

Dr. Daniel Kaler came home to Sioux City in 1990 and has been straightening local smiles ever since. Three decades in one community means a lot of familiar faces in the waiting room.

Dr. Aaron Williams owns and leads the practice today, and Dr. Kaler still sees patients. Nothing about that handoff changed the part that matters: you know your doctor, and your doctor knows you.

Orthodontic specialists, all day, every day

An orthodontist is a dentist who went back for two to three more years of full-time specialty training in moving teeth and guiding jaw growth. That is all we do here. No cleanings, no fillings, no crowns.

Both of our doctors are orthodontic specialists and members of the American Association of Orthodontists, and both of them see patients at every office. Your treatment plan comes straight from the orthodontist who examined you.

Offices that fit around your week

We have offices in Morningside and Indian Hills in Sioux City, in Le Mars, and in Wayne. Same doctors, same team, same records at every one, so you can book wherever it is easiest that month.

That matters more than it sounds. Braces mean visits every few weeks for a year or two, and a shorter drive is the difference between keeping appointments and rescheduling them.

Kids, teens, and grown-ups, under one roof

Bring your seven-year-old for a first look, your fourteen-year-old for braces, and start your own treatment the same year. We see the whole family, and we are happy to tell you when a child is better off waiting.

Plenty of our patients are grown-ups. Clear braces and Invisalign keep treatment quiet enough that most people at work never notice.

Airway-aware from the first exam

Crowded teeth and a narrow jaw can go hand in hand with mouth breathing, snoring, and restless sleep in kids. We look at how the jaw is developing, not only at how the front teeth line up.

When something looks off, we say so and coordinate with your dentist or physician. When it looks fine, we say that too.

How airway-aware care works

Straight answers about what it costs

Kind words from our patients

My daughter goes here and couldn’t have asked for a better orthodontist. The staff is always friendly and answers my questions no matter how silly they may be. They did my daughters braces and couldn’t be happier.
